All orders are shipped via insured
Priority Mail to the military postal location.
From there, we must depend on the military
postal service to deliver the package on to
you. Because of this, confirmation/tracking
is not available. Due to increased security,
you may experience longer than normal delays
in delivery. Priority mail is the only shipping
option available at this time for APO/FPO
orders.

shipped insured with confirmation tracking

NOTICE To International Customers:
Your country may apply a customs surcharge
/ tax on imported products. All tariffs,
taxes, additional shipping charges, custom
fees or any other additional charges incurred
during transfer are the responsibility of
the customer. If you refuse the to pay the
duties and taxes, the package will be destroyed
by customs - NO refund will be issued! We
are not responisble for your country's customs
dept or their actions. We will not issue
refunds for orders refused at customs until
the package is returned to our warehouse.
Shipping charges
are not refundable.

do NOT issue refunds for confiscated products!!!

generally shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays
due to the additional paperwork. Orders requiring
additional information or approval are shipped
after the required information is obtained.
