We are considering a move to the Seattle/Bellevue, Washington area. We are currently Lifetime Fitness Center members and are looking for a club that offers the same amenities. I see “24 Hour Fitness” but was wondering if that was the best fit.

I mean, healthy diets. Not fad diets that never work. I need some sort of motivation. So, are there any other benefits to dieting and working out besides just losing weight? Any ideas?

Losing weight and therefore changing your figure, giving you more self confidence.
You’ll feel better, especially with drinking plenty of water you’ll feel a lot more active and awake.
You’ll sleep better with regular exercise.
A healthy diet and exercise also decreases your chance of developing things such as heart attacks and other health problems.
There are just so many benefits of keeping healthy it’s really worth changing your lifestyle.

Okay so, I am 14 years old and i want to start eating healthy. I’m not overweight or anything i just wanna stop choosing junk food over veggies or fruits. When i try and eat veggies it feels like i’m gonna throw up but i don’t know what to do. The only veggies i do like are Cucumbers, Carrots & Tomatoes. Anything else I can’t eat. So, how do I start eating healthy? I’d really like to start so when I go to restaurants i’m not eating just burgers.

Loosing weight?

Hi, I’ve been trying to loose weight and it seems to be getting much harder. Does anyone know what I can do to continue loosing weight? I work-out Monday-Friday burning anywhere from 400-600 calories a day. Should I be burn more calories? What else can I do? My goal is to loose about 13 more pounds.

I don’t really go by calories myself….
The way I do it, alot of water, watch my food

Exercise wise…. I do cycling, you should train yourself up whether you cycle or run, do as much as you can each session, then run/cycle further the next, and as you go on, you can run further, and lose more…. and get fitter lol

and you realise you’re getting fitter because you think to yourself “when i was this far last time… I was relle tired…. but I feel fine now”

I am 16 a long time previous and I want to start eating healthy. I am not consuming lousy now, I would say regular but it is impossible for me to consume at a very good time simply because my mother performs in the afternoon.

No chips. No sodas. No fast food (or in moderation). Try yogurt, fruits, vegetables, whole grain, etc.
