My child desires what I am eating. He is twenty months and loves salad.
If you don’t have junk in the property, they won’t consume junk.
If you act like you really like something, they will maintain making an attempt it. My mother Enjoys tomatoes and as a kid I stored attempting them because I saw how a lot she loved them. Ultimately I commenced to like them way too. My son is the identical way with broccoli. He understands I adore it, so he keeps making an attempt it, even though when he does put it in his mouth he makes yukky faces.

My daughter loved to eat vegetables and fruit. I didn’t have a lot of ice cream and cookies but on a front room table (that she could reach) I had grapes and apples and oranges. She never had to ask if she could eat them. I let her. They were always there and within her reach. BTW we called broccoli – trees and cauliflower – flowers. They were in the fridge already pre cut and cleaned for her.
